One of our best show dogs was BISS Ch. Kavon’s Encore Cyrus (A Titus son) Cyrus won many Group 1st. and 3 times was the Sporting dog of the year competition in Saskatchewan. Cyrus achieved his Show Dog Hall of Fame and was handled by Ann Koots of Edmonton.
Ch. Kavon’s Jet Set to Trugold (Jet) Jet was a dog I bred and co-owned with Becky Herman of Trugold. Jet won an all Breed Best of Show and a Speciality Best in Show.
I showed him in Montana for a major reserve, which was a great honor. He was a wonderful dog with great retrieving drive. Many judges said he looked like he walked off the pages of the history books with his good looks. Becky and I both miss this fantastic dog.

Gypsy is a lovely bitch with a reddish coat color. She is a strong retriever like her mother (A J) was. She is a very correct dog with the short coat and long feathering that is easy to keep. Her first litter produced Kavon’s Ice Dancer (Tessa) Tessa won 3 Puppy Groups her first weekend out. She is currently sitting on 6 points and will be shown in 2011. Tessa has two brothers to watch for they are, Kavon’s I Believe at Trugold and Kavon’s Jump to the Podium (Monty) Their sire is AM & Can Ch. Verdoro Tellise Arrowsmith (Sam)
